Did you know Joel on Software Redesigned?

I hoped over to JoS after a long time just to see whats in the new and noticed he redesigned! I think i like the 3 column liquid layout, geeky colors, and nice combination of serif and sans serif type. very geeky. What do you think?

Like the I noticed joel redesigned before few days but it can be improved a lot in my opinion. Now that I have sold wpremix and I am free, do you think offering him a free redesign could do good for my freelance career?
